Soak in your private hot tub or one of the nearby hot springs, fish at Chalk or Wrights Lakes both within minutes of the property, hike the nearby Colorado Trail, Agnes Vaile, a waterfall trail, or the historic railway grade. Jeep or ATV one of the many trails including Hancock, Antero, Princeton and Tincup to experience the incredible drive up to the top of the Continental Divide at 12,126 feet in elevation. Visit the historic mining ghost town of St. Elmo (feed the chipmunk's), hunt for gems, there were several mines in the day! White water raft down the Arkansas River minutes away, horseback rides are a few miles down the road. Of course, every season has outdoor activities: in the winter try snowshoeing, skiing - Monarch Ski is about 40 minutes away! The towns of Salida and Buena Vista are short miles away and have unique food and shopping with a lot of live music and events!

-A third bedroom with a queen bed is located downstairs along with a full bathroom. The downstairs can be accessed from the stairway in the house or has its own entrance to the outside.
-The downstairs also has a TV room with couch and second refrigerator for guest staying downstairs. The downstairs game room has a Foosball table and a card table with chairs.
~Kitchen stocked with pantry items, spices, and a full range of kitchenware.
~Electric stove/oven.
~Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, plus a folding counter.
~Gathering/Living Room and private deck spanning the entire length of the backside of the cabin.

This mountain retreat is licensed to sleep 6. The base price for the cabin is for 2 guests, extra guests are $25 each per night. Make sure you verify all guests before your arrival.

The cabin is pet friendly, all pets need to be approved by  email in the reservation before the reservation is accepted. Pets are welcome if declared and never left alone in the rental (uncrated) or allowed on furniture, please see rates for the pet fee.
